About the Opportunity
We are looking for an HR System Analyst with relevant experience to join a large dynamic team of administrators, educators and support staff at Alta-1 College. Here’s some information about us:

As an independent, co-educational CARE (Curriculum and Reengagement in Education) School, Alta-1 is a Christian organisation that works with students from years 7-12. We provide students with wraparound support to guide them on a journey of recovery through a trauma-informed approach. This approach helps students acknowledge, confront, and resolve barriers that have impacted their ability to reach their full potential.

You are a HR Systems Analyst wizard.
You’re skilled at maintaining HR systems, configuring platforms, managing data flows, supporting users, you understand how HR systems underpin great employee experience and input into data driven decisions and strategy. You take pride in getting things right, from data audits to systems updates, you understand that small details can have big impacts.
You have an eye for Process Improvement
You naturally seek out opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiencies while maintaining data integrity. You bring practical solutions that help the HR team work smarter, but not harder.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
